December 7th, 2008 (Aylett,VA) It was a tough show but, lots of fun! We drove for five hours in stop and go traffic....UGH!! We arrived at our hotel around 8pm. After unloading we all went to dinner at an Apple B's with Cass (BMW Holland Lops), Kris (Spring Lake's Rabbitry), and Pam (PJs Pride) - Good Food. The bunnies stayed in our vehicle overnight - the weather wasn't too bad. After, a good night's sleep and our bellies filled with a good country breakfast, we geared-up for the "big" show. The show was held at a local fire hall, a little on the small side but, we still enjoyed ourselves. Our rabbits placed anywhere from 3rd - 10th place. Our special rabbit of the day was, THF Saynora's Petunia, she placed 1st to win her first leg and it was her first show to boot!! Whoo - hoo! November 9th (Westminster, MD)
Lots of fun and learning at this show. Our Jr Doe, "Maddie" taking 2nd in her first show, our Senior Buck "Peter's Trace" took 7th, Jr Doe Pippin took 3rd, and our Jr Buck Broken, "Tibet" taking his 1st win earning his first leg...Whoo-hoo. We, also, met up with Peter Bachman breeder to our senior buck "Trace". THANKS! for the tips Peter! Jesse with Tibet October 11 (Lebanon, PA) Was a great experience. New to our rabbity a Jr Doe, Pippin taking first place in the Holland Lop Specialty show and second in the regular show. Also, our new Jr Buck, Tibet taking 4th in Specialty show and 2nd in the regular show. What a great time! The boys loved it...Please see link to view Hunter's results PJs Pride Show Results.
